Why does your returns policy say one can return items within 6 months provided it has not expired in that time. My husband went to purchase benelin for flu at your Atlantis branch today and was given the syrup. I then asked him to return it for the tablets, according to that outlet one is not allowed to bring things back or exchange it for something else. This is unacceptable as they should of told him in the first place that they did not have the tablet form and offered him something else. I would understand if he never went back the same day, however he returned it within 10 minutes of the original purchase.

On the 25/04/18 I visited Medirite pharmacy Twin city mall Bloemfontein to fetch my repeat treatment only to find that the pharmaci would be opened at 08h30 by 08h35 i asked the lady who was cleaning the business hours she went back and asked the pharmaciste inside and they said it they open at 09h00.I aas crossed because their trade hrs said 08h30 and there was no any notice if there was a change,they never had a decency to explain if there was any change for that matter I was from nite duty waited from 07h00 for nothing.Please if thats so then they must change those trading hours they have put there.

I visited Medirite Pharmacy Kempton Park on 2018-01-08. I bought medication for cash. I requested to buy some by medical aid. I was told by the consultant that I am wasting her time by using my medical card and she was doing this in a very rude and unprofessional manner. At that time there was no queue, no person behind me. I was very very angry and left the store without getting the said medication as the situation was unbearable.
