Mochachos Chicken Village Complaints

I am a Machachos lover (Ormonde) the best. Today I decided to order from Melville. I have an horrific story to tell. First they did not have strips, then I arrive from SABC Auckland Park to collect my order it looks like the dogs breakfast, then they make me a new burger, when I arrive at the office ice cold and not even a serviette....I have never ever had such disgusting service from Mochahos

Chicken was burnt & chips very dry, called Mochachos Braamfontein to complain & spoke to the manager who then said I should bring it back, to my understanding I assumed I was going to get a proper meal,he (Roland) was rude & didnt assist me,even had the nerve to say I can do what ever I want to do he's not interested.
