Three weeks ago I ordered my Nada fadel medical contacts to UNITED STATES.The company promised to ship the product to my address, which meant it complied to the US STANDARDS. However, the product was stopped at customs and returned because Nada fadel lenses failed to meet the US STANDARDS, I asked for my full refund after all that waste of time, However the company only offered to return less than half of the amount. SINCE WHEN DO CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COMPANIES MISTAKE?
A reputed company should pay for it's own mistakes and accept it's mistake Unlike nada fadel!!!
