Pilipinas Messerve Inc. Complaints

I ordered a document from PSA, then received a notification that the parcel is already dispatched ( Jan 25 ). It has been 15 days after i received ( Feb 10 )the notification and still no delivery.
A lot of customers that ordered a document from PSA that did not get their delivery which is handled by Messerve. All the complaints can be seen at the PSAHelpline facebook page in the comment section. Of
Messerve should be renamed messed serve.
