Putco Head Office & Call Centre Complaints

Good day

We need more buses that goes to midrand/centurion via empire which passes Rahima Moosa hospital as only two buses takes this route, as for buses that goes to the same place which is midrand is much more that goes via the N1 which doesn't pass Rahima Moosa hospital or doesn't go via empire why??? As we struggle with this same goes for the afternoon only two busses which is unfair..... Is there any possibility we get feedback on this..
