Roodepoort Licensing Department Complaints

I'm resending this complaint as I see it has NOT gone through. after numerous attempts, I have eventually gotten through to 011 7635439, and I asked to speak to a certain person's MANAGER OR IN CHARGE, Marika/Karika told me she is very sorry for my "SH*T" and that I must "F.OFF" and hung up the phone on me, she then had her HUSBAND who sits next to her at work, to call and threaten me that if I call his wife again, he will come to my place and harass me. I explained that I did NOT call his wife and harass her with regards to NOTHING,he insisted that if it has nothing to do with her I should stop calling, IS THAT HOW THE ROODEPOORT LICENSE DEPARTMENT WORKS IN 2019.???????????????????????????I'm asking SOMEONE to respond to this complaint VERY SOON before this matter gets turned into ME being wrong for reporting it, after all, I WAS FRAUDED out of thousands by this employee, and I will either get my money back OR an apology PLUS what I paid for. I will NOT be victimized by anyone, not even the License Department and their receptionists or husbands.

I have been called by Marika's HUSBAND who apparently sits right next to her at the place of work, insisting that I have harassed her, when all I asked was for a Manager's number of the thief who has stolen my car papers, to report him DIRECTLY.!!!! She now had this person call me and threaten me. PLEASE look into this complaint BEFORE I take this matter further...
