I lodged a funeral claim with sanlamsky for policy no: SL18311916 and received payout of R4, 946 thereof. I contacted sanlamsky through an email on 11 March 2021 to establish if the amount paid was correct considering that I had the policy for over 14 years. I requested that Mrs. Makuwa should be taken out of the cover because of the rival of the amount received.
During the said time I also lodged a cash withdrawal claim and I received R2, 052. I enquired through an email about the money paid if it is correct on 11 March 2021.
For both aforementioned queries to date, I have not received feedback from sanlamsky.

I've changed account numbers in January, only to find out March that sanlam hasn't been debiting. I called and found out the bank name wasn't spelled right, I rectified it and now I'm making follow up if everything is on point or still needs rectifying, as it's month end and a time to debit.
