Disrespectful Staff member...Cellphone 0635443197.I was collecting a phone order she never told the cashier.She never came to apologise.And refused she when i asked the cashier to call her for me maybe i will understand better why she didnt tell them if she the one explaining.

I went to Steers in Mogwase on 3 Feb to buy my son a Burger and pay with Absa Bank Rewards Voucher , however the cashier didn't know about it.She referred to the Manager who said that their system does not recognize Absa Bank Rewards Voucher . Please assist me before my Voucher expires.

I have just received appalling service from your steers in Sunnypark in Sunnyside.
I first went to their inlet Milky Lane store to buy ice cream the sales lady Flora and Margaret totally ignored us while they argued about Vaseline that needed to be bought...
Attempted to get their attention and Flora just said “there’s no ice cream” in the same heat of arguement voice she had with Margaret... please check your footage as this happened around 2:40 pm today 11/11/2019.
When they were still at each other we tried to find out how long there won’t be ice cream. . . She said she doesn’t know, later!
I asked if there is ice cream at Steers and she said NO!!!
I still insisted to got to Steers despite being told there’s no ice cream,
We found William there who said there is ice cream.
Though we weren’t familiar with their ice cream menu... we pointed at one with a cake and caramel and he said... “no don’t order that it will be a lot of work for me”
I asked for clarity and he said he’d have to walk all the way to the back of the store to get an ingredient so we must just order something else. I started to laugh because this really sounded like a joke.
But no, he insisted that the back is too far and we must order something else... Margaret came through and we just walked away, deciding to walk to McDonald’s for ice cream!!!
I asked Margaret is this really the service we are receiving and she replied that we must come back tomorrow.
As much as I found this whole service as a joke, I decided no!!! I’m going to tell their manager.
Came back and asked Charity for the manager! She looked everywhere in every store but there was no manager on site.
She gave me the feedback and I asked for an assistant... the joke was on me!!! She called Margaret!!!! Imagine!!! She’s a manager???
I later spoke to Lucia but I realized no, the filth of this service starts with the ones who must lead the service... she seemed to not even empathize!!! So I figured I will email!
Please... this isn’t how I want to be treated... with so much disrespect!!!
