TELEFUNKEN (PTY) LTD Complaints

We bought a Telefunken 10" tablet for my 4year old. Thought the screen would break eventually but the software crashed! Took the tablet to various businesses and apparently nobody in South Africa can update Telefunken software. And now my Telefunken dishwasher TDW-120SA gives an error. Apparently the water inlet is malfunctioning according to the user manual. Again, no help for my problem. Good job! Telefunken never again!

Their product's are poor, there is no warranty. there is no way that I can buy a tv and within 6 months when I take it back to the shop where I bought it , I am told I have to pay for repairs. Consumers are not protected and I will never advise someone to Buy any of their products .
