DIY hardware shop located at V central Molino Cavite is not opening on time as per scheduled. I don't want to complain anyone of your personnel, but please kindly inform them to respect the schedule as some of the customers are in hurry & every single minute of their time is very important. 10 am opening time is 10 am not 10:15. After I got my groceries I decided to go to your shop exactly 10:00 am but I noticed that your personnel were just starting to do their meetings. Several customers including me waited for almost 15 minutes for the shop to open, some customers also just pass by because they noticed that the shop is still closed. This is not correct specially to your business & also for the customers. For sure if its closing time they don't even care to extend 5 minutes.
