Trunslux Complaints

Hi, my name is Senzo Nkosi. I booked my wife n kids frm dbn-jhb(8h30).01/11/2020.The bus seats were wet from front to the back seat. It was a rainy day, n the bus was pouring wit water frm rain. The bus went all the way to Vereenegeng until they arrived at Park Station in Jhb @18h15 when it was supposed to reach there @16h30.The service of trunslux was poor. And m going to make sure I put all of this in the Facebook n all social networks so people don't ever use trunslux. I would be very happy if I can get a re-imbersement on my 4 tickets numbers 7807450, 7807449, 7850101and 7807448.

My name is Tsakani Ngoveni.i am unhappy of the poor service i am experiencing right now.. it is 16:29 and m still inside the bus to Giyani. I bought my ticket at 07:17 at park station JHB. The bus left at 9:30 after a long wait to the que.

Never did i knew tht taking and trusting your services will leave me so much frustrated . Matoks,Elim ,Vhuwani,Malamulele and so many villages where the bus is making stops fr diliveries..

I will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to your sevices , it really bad_next time be open of ur services for one to make a proper decision... i rate your services very bad and unhuman.

Customer sevice plays a vital role .never will i trust TRUNSLUX services
