I send money by World remit to a good friend off me in Takoradi. Send her the transaction.nr and the email I got from World remit by a copy off the message from World Remit. Two days later my friend went to ur bank with a correct I'd and a copy off the email send by World remit to u. Then the employee told my friend the transaction nr. was wrong. How could she know this, she or he denied to have received an email. After calling, World remit told me to send the email again. After 2 days my friend came back again to ur bank to collect the money. Then ur employee refused to pay out again and started to ask a lot of not descent questions like: what abt my relationship with her, how I met her, and an lot more veeery private questions. Even Ur employee asked her to write a letter abt this all. Veeery humiliating for her and her husband who was with her and also humiliating for me. She is almost 9 months pregnant. I know her already for almost 20 yrs. By the way one month ago I also send money and again the same story. First the transaction nr wasn.t correct and again after calling World remit and sending again the email with excactly the same transaction code and a lot off humiliating questions pay out followed. Am veeery upset abt what happened and my friend was shocked. Pls investigate this case and I want apologises for me and my friend. We Don.t live in the middle-ages anymore. We live in 2020 and privacy must be there. Pls let me know
