3 months, still no delivery
I had booked two shipments by sea to India on 12th Dec.2020.
Al Mina representative Venu assured that it will be delivered in maximum 40 days. More than 3 months now, still not delivered.
Venu has stopped taking my calls.

Hi. Even i sent my cargo in 14th Dec 2020 but till date 8th April 2021 cargo not delivered to india
Never send cargo with al mina.
Bill number 1933. And now people stop responding the call and message

Delivery items not on time
Al Mina Cargo Team,

Hope you are guys fine!

My problem is I sent my 40 inch TV on 23.12.2020. And Binu and guys promised me you'll receive it in 40 days... But not received.

I called and masses many time, they are updating lies??
We've urgently required at home.. Please do the needful to get on time.

Almina cargo terrible service
I was booking cargo from uae to india and to Uk via almina. Not only they were answering the calls, there was lot of delay in getting the cargos. Few items were damaged too. They promised to give tracking ID, but this never happened, and they kept saying that cargo is stuck with customs. They never answered calls or emails. i wish read the google reviews about these unprofessional before using them. i wish UAE govt take strict action against such crimes.

Delayed delivery
I send 124 KG Consignment from Ajman to India on 25-4-2019.when I send they informed to me it will reach in 22days.but today 55 days.always they are telling delayed in customs.when i try to track my consignment it says no data available.
Too much disappointment.
