borrowed money from okash when i was about to payback the money offline the app direct me to blue ridge microfinance but after the transaction my loan was still there and i didnt see my money.
I called the costumercare, no respond, i send message to them but no reply have sent the proof but nothing came up please give me back my money if you know you can't clear my loan.

I wanted to pay my okash loan by offline when i was directed to this so called blue ridge microfinance limited which i did i the transaction of #7000 since 27May2021 they've debit me but the loan was still their and i have called costumer care but no respond, i even sent them mail, i even sent them message on whatsApp but no reply

I took loan of #20,000 for the first time 0n the 8the Sept 2020 which due on the 28th Sept 2020. Three days to the time they have been calling me and I told the I will paid on the due day.
On the due day a lady call early in the money I told her there is money in my account that they should debited me she no I have to transfer the money to the account which she will send to me. I accepted and sent the money to ZENITH BANK ACCOUNT OF BLUE RIDGE MICROFINANCE BANK 1130085518. I send 26,164. But after and hour the same amount was debited directly from my account.
I lodged my complaint to your email address and also made some calls but nothing was done till now.
