I took loan of #20,000 for the first time 0n the 8the Sept 2020 which due on the 28th Sept 2020. Three days to the time they have been calling me and I told the I will paid on the due day.
On the due day a lady call early in the money I told her there is money in my account that they should debited me she no I have to transfer the money to the account which she will send to me. I accepted and sent the money to ZENITH BANK ACCOUNT OF BLUE RIDGE MICROFINANCE BANK 1130085518. I send 26,164. But after and hour the same amount was debited directly from my account.
I lodged my complaint to your email address and also made some calls but nothing was done till now.
