Burger King - Head Office Complaints

I'd like to complain about your service crew in General Maxilom Avenue branch. It happened around 1-2 pm today May 18, 2021, I forgot to get the name of the cashier. I ordered Extra long chicken jr. with rice and a whooper junior. But she gave me Extra long chicken jr. Instead of whooper junior. I was so hungry so I did not argue with her anymore. I was a service crew before so I know how it works. If my customer is confused, I will educate her and do my best to get her order correctly. She was wearing a white t-shirt at that time.

Around 1am in the morning nagpunta ko sa burger machine talipapa branch ng quezon city para bumili akala ko wlang tao si ate crew tulog pala kaya kumatok ako then after that umorder aq ng longganisa double burger and chicken double burger then nagsuggest si ate crew kung may egg dw then pumayag ako sa suggestion nya na lagyan ng egg ung longganisa burger double burger ko then nung magluluto na sya ng patty pansin ko agad na di maayos yung pagtanggal nya ng plastik dun sa patty kaya yung patty ung iba hind buo then after awhile tinanong ako ni ate crew kung anu dw ilalagay dun sa mga burger kung mayo dw ba o ketsup sagot ko ky ate diba po nilalagyan naman po tlga ng mayo at ketsup yung mga burger nyo then nilagyan ni ate crew and sabi ko pa lagyan mo lng din ng barbique sauces ung longganisa double burger ko then sbi nya kung lalagyan na din ba ng barbique sauces ung chicken double burger sabi ko cge basta konte lng kc bata kakaen nyan then habang nag luluto si ate crew lumabas sya pumunta sya sa kabilang side at pinatay ang mga ilaw na parang mag sasara na sya hinayaan ko lng sya. ng balutin na nya ang mga burger then inilagay na s paper bag iaabot pa lng nya sa akin nabitawan nya ang paper bag it means nalaglag then imbis na kunin ang mga burger sa loob ng paper bag. pataob na pabuhos nya inilabas ang mga burge so nawala sa ayus po yung burger at may nahiwalay na patty and kumuha sya ng bagong paper bag para ilipat ang burger then yun patty na nahiwala kinamay lang nya at ipinasok sa loob ng peper ba nagmamadali kc sya pag abot nya sa akin sabi ko ate sana man lng inayos mo po ksi hnd nman po hayop ang kakaen e tao po. then nagalit pa sya ang arte ko dw po at binabawe nya yung binili ko at ibabalik nya skin yung pera ko sbi ko ate nexttym ayusin mo po trabaho mo kung ayaw mo sa work mo mag resign kna lang sumagot sya sa akin ng pabalang pero di ko narinig kaya sabi ko i-cocomplain ko ang sagot ni ate crew hndi dw po sya natatakot wla dw syang.... Ako pa ang nahihiya sa knya nakakaloka tlga sama maction taken nyo po itong complaint kong ito bastos

BK, there's a lot of complaints against your employees nationwide, being rude and arrogant. So what are you doing? Why is it that all of your branches, you have employed such people? Are you not aware of this or you just brush off these complaints? ARIANNE, who is one of the cashier at Vermont park, Marikina - Infanta Hi-Way, was rude and arrogant! Didn't even apologized when I confronted her. She looked at me like she was about to bite off my face. Can you not do something about this issue, BK CORPORATE? My dad and I love BK in the US, Tampa Fl to be exact. My family and I always go to this branch in Marikina because it's just a stone throw away from where we live. Are we really going to deal with that kind of an attitude from your employees?

The Burger King, Marquee Mall, Angeles City Pampanga has not had ice cream for at least 4 months. I weekly go there for a Mocha Joe Frost. The cashier says the ice cream maker is broken. I really believe the the workers are too lazy to make my drink. Either way this is an issue that needs to be corrected. Where are the owners? Where are Burger King quality control inspectors? I never order food without my drink and I'm just one customer. This Burger King must be loosing millions of pesos in revenue each week.
