Debonairs Pizza Malmesbury Complaints

We order Pizza and waited for more than a hour, then the pizzas arrived very cold and one pizza was uncut.

I ordered food at 18h56.
Received confirmation sms seconds later....then a lady calls me an hour later confirming adress..
After 2 follow up calls I made. The lady tells me that I'm not the only client. I received my food at 20h50 cold as ice.
Very poor service delivery

I've been robbed by delivery guy,he kept on making so many mistakes on the speed point n let me put my pin three times.he didn't want to leave the receipt,kept on telling me the paper is finished.he wanted to know how many people live in the house and kept on asking strange questions he was also doggy, didn't want to leave the order slip.when I was busy putting the pin,he didn't want to keep distant, I had to move away from him bt still kept on looking close.i don't feel safe anymore

My boyfriend and I ordered the 4 square pizza options in a box and were very very disappointed. The pizza's were sloppy, drowned in sauce and the last time I checked Pizza had cheese on it - which Debonairs were clearly not aware of.

I am highly upset!
Today I ordered a pizza from Debonairs (Malmesbury). After giving my details for delivery. I waited from 11:06 until 01:00. After I phoned to follow up where my order is the lady told me that the driver couldn't find me so he will come back again. Afterwards I met the driver outside with a very arrogant tone telling me that " It is his petrol and the company don't give him money for petrol" Why is this my fault?? If the proper details were given to him he wouldn't have to drive in circles. He didn't even apologise for bringing the food late!!!
