Poor service delivery fishaways Phillip nel park - Consumer Complaint for Debonairs Pizza Malmesbury

I ordered food at 18h56.
Received confirmation sms seconds later....then a lady calls me an hour later confirming adress..
After 2 follow up calls I made. The lady tells me that I'm not the only client. I received my food at 20h50 cold as ice.
Very poor service delivery
