Good Day
I have tried to register online for my UIF, but never received the password activation communication.
After several phone calls and email attempts, I gave up.
Afterwards I learnt that all the personnel are called back to front desk service, due to a large number of unemployed persons.

i just feel that if your online service works perfect with the correct comms going out on the right time, you will have a lot less people coming in to your offices.

COMPLAINT #15069 - Customer Service Issues

Good Day
We got up very early this morning to drive from Brackenfell to Malmesbury, as there is an office shown for Malmesbury in Rainier Street, Malmesbury. When we arrived, we found that it was only a Home Affairs Office and we were directed into the informal settlement by several people. Unfortunately we were not able to find a Department of Labour Office anywhere.
This was very disappointing, seeing that I also did not have a positive experience at the Paarl office earlier this week.
I suggest that you update your website with the correct information and directions.

I am not residing in Nigel and therefore I must travel to Nigel regarding my uif claim. After numerious times that a I couldnt reached them on phone, I travelled to the offices only to get different phone numbers from security that is not working aswell. I wanted to know if I forgot my lisence card there when I applied for Uif and wanted to know how far my apllication is.
Now I have 3 numbers to phone, its either engaged or just keep ringing.
I feel that is a service that is offerred to the unemployed, just a pity that it does not deliver any positive outcome.
We make use of uif because we are unemployed and do not have money, and small problems could be solved on a telephonic way of communication.
