I am supposed to receive my package from dhl today. I specifically asked and paid for expedited service and They assured me that it takes 3 business days to deliver from Ghana to US.
Now they are telling stories about their flight having technical issues and packages are stacked up. Such a bunch of liars.

Tracking shows it’s not even in transit I can’t believe the package is still in Ghana and we need this for a bride tomorrow.
Very very disappointed in dhl. I should Have used fedex fedex never disappoints. I should get a refund for the service I paid for.
This company should be sued
