My client is ask to pay the order I may for him - Consumer Complaint for DHL Ghana Ltd. (Head Office)

My client is asked to repay the flower I ordered in last two months ago he got a message from his post yesterday I that order I may was asked to repay. What might be the problem and what should i do now
