DHL Harare Complaints

Very disappointed with your driver who came and pickup my parcel in Harare on Thursday 15 April 2021 around 10am my ref CBJ210412697464 and my tracking ref is3653802751 and your driver said the parcel was not ready for collection but he did pickup my parcel ADDRESS THIS PLEASE BEFORE IT GET OUT OF HAND

I was suppose to receive a package from benin from a lady named Barana Louise sent by an employee of yours named kevin Koussouhoue who works at your dhl in benin but the package hasn't come through kevin asked me to pay $78 saying the package was seized by customs and i paid it then he later asked me to pay another $50 so that he gives me the tracking number for the package and i paid it...His actions were vouched for by another guy who claims to work for you at another dhl branch in harare named courage mongure...

I had a calculator courier from SA to Harare. (Two or three weeks back)

From the SA side, I paid about R400, no one told me about clearance fees. Upon arrival for clearance I was told to now pay 5000 ZWL, this amount is worth more than the calculator itself!!

On top of that, I’m told that an additional 500 ZWL will be charged PER DAY if I don’t pay immediately !

Why was this information not disclosed beforehand?

Also it’s been almost three weeks now! I was told the parcel would take 2 working days!I haven’t received it yet!

This is false representation! Failure to disclose these extra charges is broad daylight robbery!
