It took more than 2 hours to be served while trying to open a new account at the branch. While I accept that some customers may need special attention owing to illiteracy levels, 2 hours waiting to reach the account opening attendant is unreasonable and unacceptable. Finally due to some small issue I should have been alerted about in my application form, I had to call off the opening of a new account. In total spending 4 hours tracing to and from the bank with unaccomplished mission is just too costly.

Comment This is a mess! I clearly indicated that the complaint was of unreasonable delay to be served at the Equity Bank, KITUI BRANCH, and not Loitoktok
COMPLAINT #15124 - Customer Service Issues
I had a loan with equity which i cleared but my loan ledger has never been updated. I have called the HQ number repeated the same story over and over again and they always end up calling equity loitokitok to sort out the issue but to date its never been updated thus i still have an outstanding balance.
