Unreasonable delay to get served - Consumer Complaint for Equity Bank Ltd - Loitokitok

It took more than 2 hours to be served while trying to open a new account at the branch. While I accept that some customers may need special attention owing to illiteracy levels, 2 hours waiting to reach the account opening attendant is unreasonable and unacceptable. Finally due to some small issue I should have been alerted about in my application form, I had to call off the opening of a new account. In total spending 4 hours tracing to and from the bank with unaccomplished mission is just too costly.

This is a mess! I clearly indicated that the complaint was of unreasonable delay to be served at the Equity Bank, KITUI BRANCH, and not Loitoktok
