Hai I took a loan in jozini finbond branch, unfortunately iam currently working at Ladysmith, so this month 31st of may 2021 the company double deduct my installment. i phone one of the consultant in Jozini(Sboniso) and explain to her, she advised me to go to the nearest branch in Ladysmith, so i did yesterday on the 2nd of June 2021 at 3:30pm, i signed that form then they send it to Jozini branch immediately and i confirmed with them they said its has came through. But when i phone in the morning my refund was not done they will wait for loadshadding they think they will process my documents around 10:00. My question is what stopped them from processing it yesterday because they had all the documents they had wanted from me.

On 30/11/2020 I visited finbond in Pinetown branch Durban and I had never in my life have I experienced such rudeness from the bank consultant... She made feel like a nobody and you could see even in the way she was speaking to other clients and even her colleagues, I felt like I'm under interrogation, the way she was interviewing me about my statement, I have a credit card and access facility account from Capitec and for me to access the funds from access facility I need to transfer to my main account, that the only way it can be done, so for someone working at the bank to question me where does this money come from and having repeatedly telling her it is from my other accounts, even my credit report shows that...I send friends and family money every time and I feel it is more safer then making withdrawals, so it doesn't make sense for someone to refer to my transfers as if it is the money that I borrow, I feel your system is really not for me.

Each time I apply for a loan is broken up into two loans.As a result I pay double interest.I
am instructed to wait few minutes and then make a new application to top up my loan. Is this legal?

I had a very bad experience with Find bond in Hermanus. I took out a loan with them for a period of 3/months I had to pay them back. I paid everything up to date and I evens asked them a paid up letter. Now after all of this I'm getting numerous emails and calls saying I still owe them R109.00. I keep in sending the paid up letter but still they say I owe them..to me this is they have not done their work probably I think they all need training. How can you send me a paid up letter but then say I still owe. I do not recommend finbond at all. Evens my previous loan has not evens been updated on my credit Breuer it still shows I owe. I am going to take this up with my lawyer and I will also put my bad experience I had with findbond on TripAdvisor.

Good morning I'm Mr Mpungose at Mandeni I found that I have a contract that I made on 2009 but I don't know about that they deduct my government pension without my permission they takes R250.05 for 24 month now if I want a contract where I sign they told me that contract is lost what process can I follow because I want my money back my contact no 0822179303

I think this problem can be sorted by retrieval his money back and menstruate his name that what he needs.
