The branch manager was so rude - Consumer Complaint for Finbond Mutual Bank

Finbond Mutual BankOn 30/11/2020 I visited finbond in Pinetown branch Durban and I had never in my life have I experienced such rudeness from the bank consultant... She made feel like a nobody and you could see even in the way she was speaking to other clients and even her colleagues, I felt like I'm under interrogation, the way she was interviewing me about my statement, I have a credit card and access facility account from Capitec and for me to access the funds from access facility I need to transfer to my main account, that the only way it can be done, so for someone working at the bank to question me where does this money come from and having repeatedly telling her it is from my other accounts, even my credit report shows that...I send friends and family money every time and I feel it is more safer then making withdrawals, so it doesn't make sense for someone to refer to my transfers as if it is the money that I borrow, I feel your system is really not for me.
