Hi Indrani govender took a loan of 3000 for 6 months from Nov last year first amount was deducted from my sassa infinity card in December and the 6 months ends in May but there was a deduction for June when I approached the branch in Phoenix the finbond branch I was told I am in areas I when down to nett one and got the bank statement showing that for 7 months my grant as been deducted I went back into the finbond bank which was from 11:30 to 3:15 and was told I will be attended to when they finished with everyone else being a diabetic I couldn't wait any longer I left please I ask not to let the matter go any further tarnish the bank because of a few rude and unhelpful staffs my I'd no _7004090238085 my cell no _0736581430 please call me to discuss further

I have phoned the branch at Vredendal and requested a loan statement on 2021-03-05 but have not received an email yet.
I have sent numerous emails but the emails have not been opened yet and no reply received yet.
I need to have an answer to determine the next step to escalate this matter.
Could you please assist in this matter?

I find it unfair the treatment I'm getting at one of your branches.on the 29th my money was deducted twice it's not the first time.last I did get my refund now they telling me stories. Pls, look to it before I took it further steps my I'd 8001130255086 Mrs p. Ntsali
Last month they did the same thing.and I did get my refund now they telling me about October which I did came and report.I have changed my date for payment since I changed company's.it's been two days without any explanation.i need my refund.

I went to Finbond in East London about the issue of fraud I reported early last year. The lady who responded to me at Finbond in Buffalo centre at East London was rude. She just said I was not supposed to enter because they are closed. I went out without being assisted. At the time I went there it was 11:20 when it's written they close at 11:30. The date was 30/12/2017
