Hi,
I mistakenly paid double payment to your rider. He told me that he will return when he back to his home because the jazzcash account was of his brother. But whenever i call him he is answering that he will return but still i am waiting since 2 days. The amount of order was Rs640/= , kindly help us to find me Rs640/= back.
If you care about your customers then you get success otherwise dilverymen of foodapnda are so cheap and worst.

I tried to place an order and it gave me an error. After a minute I recieved a notification that my card was charged and the order was cancelled.
But the main problem is that there is no one to contact. All numbers provided are invalid, there is no support team available to chat and respond immediately.
And the APP is designed in a way that there is no way to contact anyone. Its a mafia where you cant do anything or ask anything.

Your rider brought me food on 20/12/2020...The order was worth Rs 320.He did not have any change on him so I gave him the complete amount....He said he will return the money worth Rs680. I still have not received the money.

I want to complain about a customer
Who ordered 3 times in total
The second time he ordered 5 burgers and canceled it saying it was not good food.
Shortly after canceling 5 burgers, why did the same customer place the same order on me?
The restaurant owner will not be paid for the cancellation by the customer called me your helpline they said to me If there is a problem, I can complain on the portal.
If the customer did not like the food. he did not recice the order, then why my food was not returned to me, where did the food go?

I think it's very urgent to post this issue over here from Pakistan... Foodpanda company is highly growth in Pakistan with a very short time unfortunately may b the reason is lockdown bcoz of covid19 ... Actually I'm a rider from Pakistan Karachi... Pakistani foodpanda management have very rude behaviour with there riders and also fraud with poor riders .. internationally foodpanda company allow to pay the rider 69 to 75 rupees per ride but the management of Pakistan doesn't give us the correct amount even they reduce over salary by the name of acceptance and technically issues .... As well I know it's a Malaysian company so I request from all of riders of Karachi Pakistan to the true management of foodpanda plz take action against Pakistan foodpanda management ... Thank you Malaysia Food Panda should Take Strict Action Against Pakistan Food Panda Head Office As They Are Eating Raido's Right Please Help

This complaint is from Karachi, Pakistan. Pathetic experience and big disappointment from FoodPanda. Never ever felt so bad nor experienced such a disgusting experience in my life! I placed the 2nd order the same day in a row and waited for the delivery as normal. I realized after finalizing the order that I need to give a different number to contact me so contacted the help center and asked them to hand over the contact to the rider. After 10 minutes my order status showed as delivered, but I never received the order! So I contacted help desk and they said that we are checking, it took me an hour or more to stay on the chat with them but nothing happened they kept on saying that the rider is not answering their call I had to stay on chat for more than 1.40 minutes! and the worst when my guests had to leave and I was embarrassed badly I scolded the agent for not being informative enough or doing anything apart from resending their prewritten messages time to time. They kept on saying that we are checking please read a fun fact in the meantime!!! what rubbish! is this really food panda! Agents Jibran and Muhammad H closed the chat on my face and Jibran deleted my account!! After 2 hours I got a call from rider telling me that he was asked by the help center to deliver my order to the next customer as a gift from Foodpanda!! what?? !! now I am nowhere don't know where to contact. this is dreadful, A big NO to foodpanda I will need to tell everyone about this!
