Terrible experience of unfairness, lack of customer services and pathetic issue handling - Consumer Complaint for Food Panda Pakistan

This complaint is from Karachi, Pakistan. Pathetic experience and big disappointment from FoodPanda. Never ever felt so bad nor experienced such a disgusting experience in my life! I placed the 2nd order the same day in a row and waited for the delivery as normal. I realized after finalizing the order that I need to give a different number to contact me so contacted the help center and asked them to hand over the contact to the rider. After 10 minutes my order status showed as delivered, but I never received the order! So I contacted help desk and they said that we are checking, it took me an hour or more to stay on the chat with them but nothing happened they kept on saying that the rider is not answering their call I had to stay on chat for more than 1.40 minutes! and the worst when my guests had to leave and I was embarrassed badly I scolded the agent for not being informative enough or doing anything apart from resending their prewritten messages time to time. They kept on saying that we are checking please read a fun fact in the meantime!!! what rubbish! is this really food panda! Agents Jibran and Muhammad H closed the chat on my face and Jibran deleted my account!! After 2 hours I got a call from rider telling me that he was asked by the help center to deliver my order to the next customer as a gift from Foodpanda!! what?? !! now I am nowhere don't know where to contact. this is dreadful, A big NO to foodpanda I will need to tell everyone about this!
