Greenwich - Head Office Complaints

I ordered today,Nov.15th at 3:22pm. Time now is 5:22pm still waiting for my order. I called several times,they keep saying rider is on the way. Customer service is really bad and I swear, my friends will know!!! I'm a senior citizen and need to take my medicine on time. How can I take it when my stomach is empty? I ordered online so I can have my food on time but the delivery is terrible. Store: Greenwich Gaisano Bacolod

It's disappointing how the app can't direct any complaints to the restaurants for wrong items or missing items. I demand an explanation to such actions.And it took 1 hour without any explanation, there should be estimated delivery time.

I dunno how to file a complain against this establishment. Nainis lang ako kasi 1hour and 30minutes ako naghintay sa order ko. According sa cashier nag inform daw sya na maghintay ng 1 hour, pero pagkakaalam ko hindi sya nagsabi nang ganun pala katagal ang order ko. and bastos pa ang cashier named "BEN"... He insist that he inform customers to wait 1 hour, but i never heard him informing to wait that long. and it seems kasalanan ko pa na hindi ko sya narinig. and he is so RUDE as in RUDE, and he raised his voice towards me. is that the way how you address complain, and it seems, sya pa ang galit. I was really furious na kasi nga 1hour and 30minutes and walk in pa to wait that long. And it also seems, walk in are not being prioritize, rather they prioritize GRAB DELIVERIES AND FOODPANDAS... How about the walk-ins? is it ok to let the walk in customer to wait that long? 1 hour and 30 minutes is unjustifiable. Do not give me a damn reason, due to ECQ and a lot orders for delivery is been made kaya natagalan.... ang bastos ng cashier, talagang ininsist nya na sya ang tama kesyo kasalanan ko pa di ko sya naring, eh hindi naman talaga sya nag inform. I will not end up to this, if the cashier especially the manager to apologies for that long waiting hours. Kelangan bah talagang unahin ang mga order ng FOODPANDAS and GRAB Deliveries kesa sa aming mg walk-ins. My sister is a previous crew in greenwich, and that long waiting hours is di tama. I have here is my receipt, and purchase my order around 11:02 in the morning and get out of the store almost 12:25pm... You can check the cctv to prove my allegation is true. I hope this will not happen again, since all of us customers i know you value us so much. Even before I love greenwich, but there were some crews make me say to rate you at the lowest rate because of the negative experience. Thanks you so much and stay safe.
