Poor Delivery - Consumer Complaint for Greenwich - Head Office

I ordered today,Nov.15th at 3:22pm. Time now is 5:22pm still waiting for my order. I called several times,they keep saying rider is on the way. Customer service is really bad and I swear, my friends will know!!! I'm a senior citizen and need to take my medicine on time. How can I take it when my stomach is empty?
