There is a fraudulent account opened on 26August2020 which is in my names, and the time this was opened I was in Saudi Arabia with work reasons, this has actually affected my credit record so bad, I have mailed your draud department and been trying to call your customer service with no success. This has cost me undue stress and suffering because of this bad credit record this has cost me. I hope you will be able to resolve this matter urgently. I have informed my lawyer about this and since he mailed your company there is not feed back from your side.

I got an incomplete order, nobody bothered to call and explain to me that my other set I ordered was not yet available, I had to be the 1 calling. At some point I called Jhb showroom where I bought my sets cash and they told me they couldn't assist me , that i should call the call centre. This was about a month ago and i am still waiting for my set... never ever will i buy from home choice again

Since December last year I am trying to buy 3 Frilled sheets sets from Home Choice. They are advertising it on line and in their catalogue. However, like most of their stuff - CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK for the last 5 months. I bought a Colima bedset which I have received and as usual when I wanted to buy extra curains - CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK. STOP ADVERTISING STUFF THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE if you cannot commit don't advertise or get a new supplier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
