To whom it may concern. I would like to file a complaint. This will be long but let me start. 31 October 2020, I paid the move in fee P3050. 00(Meralco Installation as what I call it) thru bank transfer to one of the Broker Dolly Ann Dela Cruz. My agent Fhel Codilla confirmed my payment but did not give me any receipt despite multiple follow-ups through email, sms and calls. Last 16 October 2020, I was advised that my housing loan was approved last 21Sept2020. Upon calling the turn over team, and them sending me documents I found out that my Move in fee is not yet paid. No one is answering my call.

Year 2010, the house was turn over to me and since then I have minor house renovation. Fast forward 2019, I finally decided to move in and since no one is using the house, it needs repairs. A neighbor informed that I need to pay for construction bond. Since the house need repair, I don’t have any choice but to pay. Engineer visited the house and told me that I violated some rules as the back of the house need some opening and that I have fences which is a major renovation. The back of the house was renovated few years back and saying that its a violation is absurd. It was renovated before they impose the construction bond
