Move In Fee - Consumer Complaint for Homemark Inc

Homemark IncTo whom it may concern. I would like to file a complaint. This will be long but let me start. 31 October 2020, I paid the move in fee P3050. 00(Meralco Installation as what I call it) thru bank transfer to one of the Broker Dolly Ann Dela Cruz. My agent Fhel Codilla confirmed my payment but did not give me any receipt despite multiple follow-ups through email, sms and calls. Last 16 October 2020, I was advised that my housing loan was approved last 21Sept2020. Upon calling the turn over team, and them sending me documents I found out that my Move in fee is not yet paid. No one is answering my call.
