Ang problema ko po nagbayad ako nung bill nmin nung lockdown pero dhil s kakapusan d nbayaran ng buo mering naiwan n 2500 sumunod n bwan d p dn nabayaran ang ang naiwan pero ung monthly bill nababayaran tapos after 3months ung 2500 n naiwan ay pataas n ng pataas still ung monthly bill eh nababayaran p dn ung 2500 ay tumaas n ng tumaas umabot n ng 6000 tama po b ung ganung s hirap po ng hanapbuhay ngaun klangan po b talaga taasan p ng taasan nkakabayad nman kinapos lng talaga

Hi, i would like to complain this company for incorrectly billing me a wrong amount based on my consumption. This was started on june when they first started to send bills regarding pandemic. I don’t have any balance with them on that time and i always pay my bill on time. My monthly electric bill is raging from 900php-1300php every month. When they generate my bill on june it came out as 14,000php and they say that it is because of ECQ all of the family members are staying at home, which is not true on my situation. I continuesly working at the office and my father as well. So to make the story short even though it is lock down our daily consumption was not changed on that time, and take note i payed off all of my bills with them prior to that june bill so it means I don’t have a balance before they generate that 14,000php bill.
I tried to reach out to them and requested to read my consumption again because i know that they are charging me incorrectly, they did not made any rereading and jump to the conclution that the bill was generated based on my usage from February to June, so how can they bill me for something that i already payed off before they generate the bill. And in addition to that there is no meter reading that happend on that time and they said that the charges are based on my monthly consumption from february. Now my bill went up to 24000php from 14000php bill of june. So apparently my consumption from july up to now is just 10,000php for 5 months and the initial charge of 14,000php was generated for 1-2 months? They’re not doing it right ! I want a fair bill charges based on our usage and not the charges they generate without reading my meter. Hope you can help me for this. I am now behind of my bills and this is not yet resolved and it’s now adding up to the point that I cannot pay it no more. This company is a scam. Thank you and god bless always.

Last night november 11, 2020 i heard an explosion on the nearest meralco power ploe with transformer at st john the baptist street batong dalog san juan taytay rizal and next the power was out. Other residents in our area told me that they had already reported to meralco this incident. Since no one from meralco came to do the necessay repair I am alsodoing this followup report as it is now night time again almost nearing 24 hours without power.

You'll get the same explaination over and over again, gives you an email eventually to message your complain ,you go back to the office and they will tell u the same thing and lets you read your own metter when its their job to do so. Their numbers don't work, why do they even post it online?

Wala naman kaming ibang gamit o appliances sa bahay at wala din nagdagdag na gamit kung paano kami gumamit ng kuryente dati ganun din kami gumamit ngayon wala pinagbago pero bakit naman sobrang laki ng tinaas ndi pa umaabot ng 1k bill ko pero mula ng nag ecq ndi naman ako umuuwe sa bahay kung sino lang lagi nasa bahay yun lang din naiiwan dun so wala naman dapat itaas okay lang sana kung 100+ lang e e kaso mabigat na sakin yan ₱13 nalang 2k n lalo na nagtitipid po kami ngayon sa kuryente e sana naman ndi ganito lahat tayo apektado ng pandimic sana ayusin kung May mali man dto ..

bakit hanggang ngyon hindi pa din kami nakakabitan ng kuryente eh samantalang bayad naman na lahat ng dapat bayadan at lahat ng pinapagawa nila samin eh nagawa na at may resibo na din kami lahat.. kwento ko lang ah... yung sa lugar namin sa taytay eh may naglalakad ng kuryente na ang sabi nya na kapag sa kanya nagplakad eh mas mapapadali lang angpaglalagay ng kuryente samin na ang kaso, ang gusto nyang ibayad sa kanya ay 12k.. so ganito na nga dahil sa hindi pumayag si mama na magpalakad dahil sa sobrang mahal si mama ko mismo ang naglakad sa at hindi naman umabot ng 12k. so ganito na nga sabi nung naglalakad na ipapahold daw nila ang pag kabit samin ng kuryente,, na ito na nga ang nangyayari sa ngyon... unang ci.. sabi dapat daw ipagawa ang siwang sa bahay namin so pinagawa namin.. sumunod na ci mali daw ang mga wire na nabili at ayun na nga pinaayos ko ulit ang mga wire.. sumunod na punta ng mga magkakabit ng kuryente ito nanaman sinabi naman na hindi daw kase sila nagkakabit ng solo lang kaya mag antay daw kami ng kasabay.so ito na nagpunta ang mama ko sa cainta branch ng meralco sa cainta so sabi dapat daw april 2 2019 pa kami nakabitan.. ipinagtataka ko lang bakit ganun palageng hindi ikinakabit at pilit hinahanapan ng butas halatang may sabwatan eh. mga lintik na taga kabit mga mukha kayong pera eh!!.. hindi na kayo naawa sa papa ko na stroke na kaya ko binayasdan at gawin lahat at gusto nyong ipagawa para makabitan agad kami ng kuryente pero until now wala pa din...! ngyon nung nkaraan pumunta ulit ang magkakabit at sinabi nanaman na bakit wala daw orange na sina sabi nila na para sa wire at sinabi nga na need daw mag request nun.. mga piste kayo pilit nyong hinahanapan ng butas para hindi kami makabitan...mukha kayong pera.. pls naman paki imbistigahan nmn mga tauhan nyo na naglalagay ng koneksyon.. jn sa san lorenzo ruiz dating tennement na ngyon eh blk 3 na... kapag ito hindi nyo inaksyunan ako mismo ilalapit ko itong kaso na ito kay mr.raffy tulfo... hindi makatarunggan ang ginagawa ng mga tauhan nyo... mukhang mga pera!!!!
