Migration Gateways with registered office at Al Ghurair Centre Dubai, are conning innocent people and doing fraudulent activities in UAE.

I gave them my case for on 10-Sep-2016 for Australian Immigration and paid all the money they required. But they never applied my visa and fake emails were shared as and when I asked for an update however, they never shared any evidence that they actually deposited my cash amount with Australian government and when I followed up they agreed to return some of the money in instalments, which after my continuous follow up and after registering my complaint to UAE CONSUMER PROTECTION department and till I feel ashamed of begging for my own money they released some of the amount however, still AED 16,000/- is pending as of today 31-03-2021.

Now they are not attending my phone calls, not replying to my emails and put their office phone on message only.

I have seen many people have already raised same complaints and staff especially Gulam Madni, ******* and Shweta all are committing organized crime in UAE and conning innocent people.

I have already attached refund settlement plan duly signed by Migration gateways and have all the relevant evidences available which can be shared as and when required to expose these people who are doing fraud in UAE.

They have taken up to AED10000 all for the sake of immigration services for Australia and then on their recommendation for Canada charged us without proper customer service. On top of that in reply to the fact that they need to repay us as they have been thoroughly unprofessional in reverting with our requirements they reply in their website as below:
“As per our records, we have processed your application for both Australian and Canada migration programs respectively , whereas you have signed up initially for Australian migration program only, since you failed to secure the required scores in IELTS we switched your application to Canada with no extra service fee.

You, on your own will, after having read and understood the terms and conditions, entered into a “Retainer agreement” consequent to which you are legally bound by the said terms and conditions and hence would be barred from claiming ignorance of the said terms.”
In fact it was based on their advice that we paid an extra amount to commence application to Canada and provided all the required documentation and money. We agree that we had initially commenced revisiting Australia however they were the ones that verified if we were eligible and we had not been advised to provide the documentation on time as there was a lapse in their services.

It is highly unfair that such organizations be allowed to rip people off especially during such crucial times when the need for jobs and money is scarce!!

I am Rajkumar, I have applied in MGC for express entry program for Canada, on 2014, I have submitted all the documents and I paid All fees said by agreement, they don’t show any single fees they paid to Canadian govt, finally I received the news My application was rejected by Canadian govt, I asked the reason , they jus send my rejection mail from their own servers also that is fake mail, it’s not a govt of Canada, I asked for refund they don’t pick the call until now 5 years I paid total AED 40,000, I don’t get any single dhs from them..

My name is jagdeep singh . Passport no. J 9667371. I’m from Uttar Pradesh ( India ). I have applied for Canada work permit from migration gateway Dubai. They promised me to get Canada work visa but nothing happened I paid them around 25000 AED. Then they cancel my process and promise me to refund from January 2020 but that’s also not happened until now I just got only 1000 AED and now they are both picking up my phone and still not received any money. Please help me with it. I will be thankful to you. Before my number was 0566490527 as u know bcz of pandemic I went to India and now I have new mobile number 0543409948

I applied in this company for a working visa to canada since 2017. It been very difficult to reach them. Not reliable at all. I even transferred 1700 aed to mr. ******* for they are saying my medical. After that. No clue what happened. I want my money back. I worked for this money and i dream for my future but not like this. To Mr. ******* be a man and face all of this dont run away.

I applied from them for work permit visa now 2 year they didn't give visa and from 6 months Ian asking my money they are not giving.they took money from alot people.i am afraid that they will runaway because most of time manager is outside country.they using fake accounts to catch people for work visa then they use money for other business.if any body asking for refund they deducted big amount even now they are not recieving phone .I have only recipet of money.i give them big amount.my life savings with them .

I apply for Canada 02 years back, in that period I gave only a single interview unfortunately I couldn't clear. Letter on I didn't get any opportunity so finally I decided to leave so from month of July 2019 I do follow up with miss Sweta and Mr.Ken for refund my money but they do only promises like next week next week next week I don't know when it will come.very bad, disappointing best of luck for others

Attention to Mr. ******** and Mr. Gulam

I applied a working visa to Canada in your agency since 2017. From the beginning the process was quick, however after i paid the full amount of 22,500 AED, I haven’t heard Anything from them. I even transferred 1700 AED to the account of Mr. ******** for my medical and i came to know that others paid only 500 dhs. Where is my money. I want my refund back as soon as possible as there is no transparency in this company. Most of the time the managers are on vacation. This company is not reliable at all. I am ready to file a case for them and do any legal action to get my money back. To all people who is dreaming to migrate to other countries please not in this agency.
