Highly unprofessional attitude and cheating with false promises all for the sake of money! - Consumer Complaint for Migration Gateways

They have taken up to AED10000 all for the sake of immigration services for Australia and then on their recommendation for Canada charged us without proper customer service. On top of that in reply to the fact that they need to repay us as they have been thoroughly unprofessional in reverting with our requirements they reply in their website as below:
“As per our records, we have processed your application for both Australian and Canada migration programs respectively , whereas you have signed up initially for Australian migration program only, since you failed to secure the required scores in IELTS we switched your application to Canada with no extra service fee.

You, on your own will, after having read and understood the terms and conditions, entered into a “Retainer agreement” consequent to which you are legally bound by the said terms and conditions and hence would be barred from claiming ignorance of the said terms.”
In fact it was based on their advice that we paid an extra amount to commence application to Canada and provided all the required documentation and money. We agree that we had initially commenced revisiting Australia however they were the ones that verified if we were eligible and we had not been advised to provide the documentation on time as there was a lapse in their services.

It is highly unfair that such organizations be allowed to rip people off especially during such crucial times when the need for jobs and money is scarce!!
