Mr Delivery Complaints

Ordered food via mr delivery on the 22nd July. Order was cancelled and it send will refund my money. It's now the 24th and still no money. This is totally unacceptable. First and last time I use Mr Delivery

I received an sms on my banking just now from Mr Delivery for an order that was done on my card tonight which I didn't authorised. I opened a fraud case against Mr Delibery tonight with ABSA as well concerning this.

Some friends of my son ordered pizza from Romanz but did not know the driver cannot take cards.
The issue is not that one cannot pay without cash, but the total stupidity and incapability to communicate when I, as an adult offered to sort out the payment somehow. Pure 5th world country experience it was!
Out the door with mr delivery due to the arrogant approach from both the driver and “headoffice” when the driver just grabbed the 5 x pizzas out the hands of the youngsters!!
You wont survive with that attitude.

On Friday 26 January 2018 we ordered (#DFD2645809) from Pizza Hut New Market through Mr D. After an hour I phoned Mr D where a rude man picked up the phone pretending not to hear me. I finally got through to a woman who then assisted. She said that the restaurant is delayed because it is month end, so I waited another 20 min and phoned again. She said she is going to phone and find out whats the problem and phone me back. In the meanwhile I phoned pizza hut where the manager said my order was collected just after 19:00 and they are not delayed with orders. This was half past 8 pm already. So then the lady from MrD phones me back and tell me the restaurant never received my order and that the driver is standing there waiting. No by this time I was furious, It was close to 21:00 and we have no order. So she said they will refund. That is not the point, the point is that we were hungry, waiting for the delivery. My child went to bed hungry coz she fell asleep waiting for the pizza to arrive. Its sickening what they will do for money but brush it away if someone complains.
