I have a 2003 Getz. In all the years I have been with them, I have NEVER made a claim. Now they are increasing my premium to R422! I have repeatedly tried to contact them, but every number on their website says the number does not exist.

Why did you deduct premium for the month of April when we were all on lockdown level 5? You covered us for what in that month? Logic dictates that our Company, Amazizi Projects and Events Pty Ltd didn't work during that period as per president's call to stay at home. Kindly refund that premium as a matter of urgency before I involve media and Ombudsman.

ATTENTION: Wilbur Smith Chief Operations Manager. I will have ZERO to do with you lot. I have been a loyal customer for 19 years and now I get nonsense. LOOOONG story short I have got cheaper insurance even after giving OUTsurance first bite. Your ads lie you cannot even compete with yourselves! I have seemingly been ripped off for years and am not keeping quiet. Just leave me alone or I will charge you with harassment all the emails calls and SMS's are testament. The proof is in the pooooding.

OutSurance does not have an email address where you can email someone your requirements and the call centre is 'experiencing technical difficulties". No details for Willem Roos. So how confident are you re your service??? When I do finally get hold of someone he is completely irritated with me that I am wanting to cancel my policy!!!
