Paystack Payments Limited Complaints

I want to receive a loan amount into my bank account and when it gets to paystack since yesterday as become decline... Please help treat this problem so can make withdrawal into my account....

Good morning.
I made payment for Dstv subscription for card number: 10195242325. Compact/HD extra view, N10,400.
I transferred N10,400 but I received a prompt informing me that the money I paid was not sufficient and I was to pay N10,500.
I again transferred N100 thinking that same will be processed together with the initial N10,400 I paid earlier but instead, I got a prompt that the money I paid was not sufficient. Therefore, the sum I paid would be refunded back to me.
Apparently, the money I paid was not processed.

I pay into paystack(1190075702) around 11:54pm but still yet if I log in to my Inksnation account, is still showing me to enter my Bvn. I suppose to be upgraded instantly. I used mobile apps transfer.

I receive debit amount from paystack and I find out and they told me they find out this reference 201007102556pch77407043 debit me please help me find out the person.
