Hi

Hope you are doing well,

My name is Tushar i have been using your vehicles since January 2021 i first took Micra for a Month then sunny for 3 months now i have taken Accent for 3 Months contract, except for Micra no car was given properly cleaned inspite asking multiple times, also i asked for special retention discount which i never got, Accent i got with less cooling AC and Tyre alignment issues, i wanted to get that repaired instead i got a replacement car (which is Good), Now the replacement car has a broken arm rest which cannot be closed its half open half closed, on all speed bumps its bumps and makes irritating sound i cannot place my arm while driving whenever i need to shift gear it hurts elbow cos its half in air,

Now i am asking to fix the same you guys don't have 2019 Accent, its ok get it repaired if not you can give me accent 2020 instead checking my record of being a associated customer atleast this much upgrade can be done.

Till how long i have to suffer
whenever there is a need to change the car it takes whole day either i come at your office or your guys come to deliver,

Time is being wasted Fuel i am filling n giving back the car i will never get refund on that because of your policies,

I request to please help and get this issue sorted,

I open a contract in italy before the departure with all the conditions very clear like no hidden cost on pick up drop off or other things .
Now they say that in the paper sign to the driver is write that I must pay 250dh for drop off because only pick up was free . Ok I will go now to open a case in police but you think they are serious ? And also I called customer service and they say “do what you want” this company are only fraud the tourist in dubai but this time they meet the wrong person .
