Takealot.com Complaints

At 18:15 Wednesday 19 May 2021 I entered at the Takealot Collection Point in Foreshore. The woman who helped me started laughing and I tried to ask 'what was funny' because I felt embarrassed. She did so repeatedly and ignored my question instead asked me if I have a pin. I found that behavior so disturbing and I had to keep my calm and remain professional than her. Please review your camera footage and see it for yourself. That member doesn't deserve to service customers of such a big company.Thanks

Good day I ordererd 2 tlm foundations and absolute oxygen tablets. Takealot delivered my order late and on opening the package there is only 1 foundation in the box.. The box is sealed very tight. By the time I opened it the guy delivering my package had left already.. That is unacceptable.. I have paid the guy in full and received half my order.. Very disappointing

on Thursday 7/1/2021 the courier delivered only 2 items and ask me to pay for full order of R553.00 as the rest of the order will be delivered the next day.I did not sign anything on delivery.Today 8/1/2021 I got message saying that the order could not be delivered because no cash available and that it will be rescheduled on 11/1/2021.Nobody has been at my house for delivery and I have already paid full order amount of R553.00 on first delivery

Customer service is VERY VERY BAD!!!!
When you return goods, you do not get your refund and the staff at customer service never gets back to you once you phone them to ask were is you refund not recieved after you send the goods back more than 2 weeks ago. And they NEVER reply on your emails. NEVER!!!

I have sent some goods to take a lot DC in Johannesburg on the 10/09/2020 to be sold .To my surprise the stock was missing .I sent 8 items and 3 were shipped to customers 1 was returned becaused it was damaged by them and they reimburse me .The other 4 are no where to be found .Pleaser assist me because I have sent emails and no response .I have a family to feed unfortunately .The goods are no where to be found .

I have ordered on the 28/11/2020 even now haven't got my order and what surprises me it's that you guys have delivered to my address before now the address is not complete which is and you said you'll call me to confirm even now. And the call center number is not working
