I was told to come with my coop bank card but was robbed in the streets of Nairobi to show up next day with the bank account details refused me because I did not have a physical card from coop bank

Hey . I got a message from you guys regarding internship program, whereby I should use my loyalty card to nominate 2candidates, but once I enter my loyalty card, I get a message that the card is invalid. Kindly assist . my loyalty card number is 410100421661

Some electronics in your store doesn't have the warranty. I am suggesting that all electronics should have a warranty.

I shopped at Tuskys Chigware Kisii branch on 30/11/2017 of KSH.5008 using KCB Visa card but at the point of sale, the ETR and printer didn't print the receipt.The supervisor tried to help but didn't manage.i was asked to pay cash and the deducted money was to be refunded after 48 hours.

I have followed the issue with Carolyne Nyaboke and his male colleague but all I get is bad treatment.Every time I ask to see the branch Manager they refuse.
The last time I went they asked me to follow the bank which I feel is not right.
