I ordered two pairs of shoes and a handbag. You took the money from my account and I have never heard anything since - no confirmation email, no tracking info. Awful, awful, fraudulent company.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals (Birkenstock) from an add on Facebook on the 28th of May 2020. So far, still no delivery and no way to contact the company. We are now the 10th of July 2020. I just wanna know if I will receive it or not. Thanks

I ordered 2 pair of Chacos sandals on about May 13, 2020. I paid $49.39. I never received them. I would like a refund.

Ordered shoes 32.82 o the 26/5/2020 and received a pair of plastic earrings probably worth .50 cents

I also ordered 2 pair of sandals from birkenstock (€50,29) at 23 of May 2020,from a fb advertisement and through welit trading and has been never delivered. I send them an email few days ago complaining but with no response.

I ordered two pairs of Birkenstock shoes from you and the payment BND 80.7 or GBP £46.79 was taken from our account on MAY 26.05.2020. One pair of Birkenstock thongs-size 44 Mens sandal and one pair of clogs size 41 Womens shoes.

It is now July 8th 2020 and I have not yet received either information about, or delivery of, this transaction.

Can you give me assurance that these shoes have been despatched? If not can you contact me to arrange a full refund of my money please.

12/5/2020 I ordered sandals but never delivered (68 euros). I saw the advertising in facebook. I think facebook is also responsible, because of this advertising many people all over the world lost their money.

£99 taken; no goods arrived, Cannot contact company

On 24/5/2020 David Starkie made a payment of £31.24 = 53.75 BNDs for Birkenstock sandals as advertised on Facebook that day to be delivered to Qunta das Estrelas, Póvoa de Midōes, 3420-201 Portugal. To date they have not arrived - please inform as to their whereabouts.

On May 25th 2020 I ordered shoes and boots from WELIT TRADING 1. I have not received the order, and have been billed twice.
I also have recieved no receipt of order. I should have worried about it then. SCAM. Reported to Facebook and Card company.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals on 18th May 2020. Welit Trading took a payment of £32 and failed to provide an order confirmation or deliver the sandals.

I ordered two pairs of sandals from the company on 24/05/20. First payment failed to go through so processed again and this time successful payment. To date still no footwear received and two payments taken form credit card.
This is obviously a scam company

I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes in early May and have I received no acknowledgement or received my order.

On 13th May I ordered a pair of ecco sandals from the face book page, money taken from my bank account on 18th May

After reading all the complaints for this company, it is obviously a scam !
What are face book going to do about it ?
There are over 1.000 complaints, surely someone must stop this !

Ordered 3 pairs 0f footwear on 13.5.20 taken off my credit card, to this date have not received any correspondence apart from a tracking no I took down and details on my credit card statement. This was advertised on Facebook so thought it had been checked out. Facebook needs to check to make sure every advertisement is legit.

I ordered and paid for two pairs of sandals from this company who sent an email confirming they had received the money but they have never delivered the order. I have proof of purchase and their address on my bank statements if required.

Judging by the number of complaints filed against this company with no result, I feel filing yet another for non delivery of Birkenstock’s despite payment taken, is a complete waste of time!!

I also ordered Birkenstocks in May and have not received them. It is so wrong of Facebook to allow things like this to happen, they are a trusted site.

Having placed an order for shoes on a website advertised via Facebook I have neither received order confirmation or the items I purchased. The website I ordered from no longer exists www.bkseshop.com
