Purchased some footwear, when not dispached within 2 weeks , delved deeper. It appears the company is a scam. I believe Facebook should be investigating authenticity of companys before allowing to use network. Money taken straight away and no further contact. Bitterely disappointing. Authentic companys should also be made aware

I place an order from you on Saturday, 23rd may 2020 for two pairs of Birkenstock (one male and one female style). Still though waiting for the delivery. The total amount was €43,22. Can you please give me details of my order.

I also did the same on 25/5, did not receive any order confirmation and no goods, so this is a definitely a scam via Facebook.

Unfortunately I did the same and ordered Birkenstock shoes for the whole family :-(
Did this on May 26. I received an order confirmation but no shoes.
I agree that Facebook should look into this deeper before they allow companies to advert on their platform...

It must be a scam as I ordered On the 05.05.2020 I have tried to email no such email and this was on Facebook fed you with getting scammed maybe Facebook should pay us back what we have lost , they should look more into there ad

I have also been scammed. This was a facebook advert, shops were shut and we needed shoes. I ordered some Birkenstocks for me and my child. I am so angry to have lost so much money.

If it sounds too good to be true then it is too good to be true. Sadly I also fell for this scam on May 25th - ordered two pair of Birkenstocks and no delivery so far. I wonder if there is any comeback on Visa?

I also bought two pair of shoes from Welit Trading
( March 2020), they took the money from my bank account(50 euros) and the shoes never arrived. Welit Trading definitely is a fraudulent company!

I ordered two pairs of sandals from this site via Instagram. The money was collected from my account, but no receipt of purchase arrived nor the sandals. How can I get my money back? This is clearly a scam.

Same here, under the naive presumption that somehow Instagram would only have legitimate sites allowed on their platform. Feeling very foolish.

I bought sandals via a Facebook ad and have not received an order confirmation and no product received. I have to say, I'll never buy from a Facebook ad again. Assumed as advertising on FB it was legitimate. £68.17 lost

Yes this is a big fraud as many people have bought birkenstocks, me too on 25th May via Instagram, never again! I did receive confirmation of payment in my spam email but after 10 days the email disappeared and I forgot to take it out of spam. This is clearly a bogus company. My advice, never buy anything unless its via paypal.

Scalati soldi, nessuna mail di conferma o tracciamento ordine. Sandali mai consegnati.
È possibile agire in qualche modo per sollecitare Birkenstock a monitorare/segnalare queste truffe? È possibile qualche azione di recupero/denuncia?

Very same thing happened to me (and apparently a ts I contact the company - lot of other people!) Nationwide Fraud Dept insists I contact the company. Has anyone been able to do this???

I sent an email to the address given on my ‘confirmation email’ which immediately bounced bank. That was enough for my card provider to refund me and pursue them

Placed an order and when paying was told card was invalid and to try again. Went to place order a second time and card went through. Have since checked my account and money was taken twice for the one order. ie. money was taken without authorisation.
When will my money be returned and will I receive the order??/

I had the same experience. Paid, was shown invalid, paid again and the money was taken once. And no shoes.

Was going to order shoes from a Facebook advertisement but prior to finalising my purchase I looked at reviews for this company and decided against it as the company has very poor reviews. So I did not complete the purchase process, somehow the information I had already completed was enough for the company to withdrawn money without my authorisation.

Exactly the same issue, ordered some Birkenstock’s from this welit company via Facebook on 22nd May, I realised after I paid for them it was a bad idea, I contacted my bank straight away, I will start proceedings with them now to get my money back!

Scammed by the same Facebook ad for Birkenstock sandals, but after complaining to [email protected] I received a tracking number and can you believe I've just received a cheap pair of earrings from an address in China! My furious email today has been rejected as the site is no longer accessible! How do I get my money back?
