Taking money from credit card without authorisation - Consumer Complaint for Welit Trading

Was going to order shoes from a Facebook advertisement but prior to finalising my purchase I looked at reviews for this company and decided against it as the company has very poor reviews. So I did not complete the purchase process, somehow the information I had already completed was enough for the company to withdrawn money without my authorisation.
