The shoes were bought during the month of May and to this day have not been delivered in spite of 3 emails sent to the so-called email address. The ad was on INSTAGRAM - and still regularly appears on their site (which is scandalous).

At the end of May 2020 I responded to an advert on Facebook and used my credit card ending 5929 to purchase 2 pairs of Birkenstock sandals. My statement shows the transaction "29/05/20 34746407 Welit Trading 1 Bandar Seri B £43.97".



Since then I have had no correspondence from this company and no sandals. All my attempts to contact them or find them online have failed.

If something seems like a really good deal then be very, very careful.
Birkenstocks at a fraction of the price? That’s because they don’t have any intention to provide them.
Fortunately I was able to file a dispute with my card provider who have refunded me and are pursuing this bunch. They have 3 other names pdilu, ezvmall and the bank told me Velvet Trading as well.
Steer well clear.
Only order from websites that you know. That’s why Amazon are so popular.

Non delivery after 6 weeks, we contacted the seller and we're told orderby has been shipped and given a false tracking order number of delivery. I ordered two pairs of Birkenstock shoes from you and the payment GBP £46.83 was taken from our account on MAY 23.05.2020.

It is now July 14th 2020 and I have not yet received either information about, or delivery of, this transaction.

Can you give me assurance that these shoes have been despatched? If not can you contact me to arrange a full refund of my money please.

I have evidence of the transaction, but until I hear from yu I am not prepared to share that information.

I have ordered 3 pairs of birkenstock on May 28th from your company. I payed 64.93 euro. Nothing arrived. I'm still awaiting communication from you. You should be ashamed
