Welit Trading Complaints

The shoes were bought during the month of May and to this day have not been delivered in spite of 3 emails sent to the so-called email address. The ad was on INSTAGRAM - and still regularly appears on their site (which is scandalous).

At the end of May 2020 I responded to an advert on Facebook and used my credit card ending 5929 to purchase 2 pairs of Birkenstock sandals. My statement shows the transaction "29/05/20 34746407 Welit Trading 1 Bandar Seri B £43.97".



Since then I have had no correspondence from this company and no sandals. All my attempts to contact them or find them online have failed.

If something seems like a really good deal then be very, very careful.
Birkenstocks at a fraction of the price? That’s because they don’t have any intention to provide them.
Fortunately I was able to file a dispute with my card provider who have refunded me and are pursuing this bunch. They have 3 other names pdilu, ezvmall and the bank told me Velvet Trading as well.
Steer well clear.
Only order from websites that you know. That’s why Amazon are so popular.

I ordered some sandals via this site and they have taken the money but no delivery of the goods. Please help.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 13 th June. Payment taken immediately but no goods arrived.

Emailed several times. Had one response assuring me goods were in transit.
No further response to emails.
Disgusted.

I ordered the 25th of May 2pair of Birkenstock, paid for but never had any delivery time. More then 2 months now. I want the money back.

I ordered three pairs of Gizeh Birko Flor Birkenstock sandals on 25th May 2020 through your Facebook advert. I have waited patiently until now, 3rd August 2020, in the hope that my goods would arrive. It appears from previous complaints that I am not the only person in this situation. I would therefore be grateful if you could contact me via email to discuss my order or alternatively give me a full refund of £65.28

We ordered 2 pairs of birkenstock sandals from this company on 26th May online, payment was made by credit card. Non delivery after 6 weeks, we contacted the seller and we're told orderby has been shipped and given a false tracking order number of delivery. Two furather emails sent, bounced back as undeliverable. Please help.

I have ordered and payed in full 2 sandals . i am still waiting for these to be delivered. I have tried to email but the address given on conformed order is false. Very disappointed.

Up to today, July 21st nothing was delivered.
Either you send me QUICKLY my 3 pair of Birkenstock or credit directly on my card 4599 8180 5181 6134.

Ordered birkenstock sandals for 35 euro, money taken from my account in May goods not received. No notice no emails no response. I would like a full refund.

j'ai fais l'achat de 2 paires de chaussures Birkenstock le 28/05/2020. J'ai immédiatement été prélevé de 2X 48.85 euros. À la date du 19/07/2020 je n'ai toujours pas reçu les dit articles ... Je suis furieuse souhaites faire le maximum pour retrouver cette sommes sur mon comptes et recevoir des excuses ou ne serait ce des explications. le site officiel de la marque Birkenstock ne reconnais pas mes informations et se détache de cette transaction. J'accuse Welit trading d'abus de confiance, d'usurpation d'identité et d'utilisation frauduleuse d'information banquaires.

I bought a pair of shoes from Welit Trading, they took the money from my bank account and the shoes never arrived. Welit Trading it's a fraudulent company. I want my money back.

I ordered two pairs of Birkenstock shoes from you and the payment GBP £46.83 was taken from our account on MAY 23.05.2020.

It is now July 14th 2020 and I have not yet received either information about, or delivery of, this transaction.

Can you give me assurance that these shoes have been despatched? If not can you contact me to arrange a full refund of my money please.

I have evidence of the transaction, but until I hear from yu I am not prepared to share that information.
