I made a claim last year 2019 August to be paid my policy to date I have not been paid.The Chingola office keeps saying I deal with Ndola Head office. Ndola Head office always tells me that payments would be made at the month-end.Then when we get to a monthend am told to wait for next monthend for the past six month ends it has been the same story over and over

I made a claim on my policy in October 2019 to date I have not been paid.my emails are unanswered. I took a printout of my email to chingola office in March 2020to date I have not been written back to when I enquired I was told it's not there policy to answer a complaint in writing. I want to be paid my claim and interest from the date I made my claim to the that am paid as this policy was an investment with them
