Laptop Repair - Consumer Complaint for INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICE

My laptop had a keyboard issue and due to the 3 year warranty I sent my laptop in. 15/08/2020 is when I left my laptop with them and I was told it will take 3 to 4 weeks to repair it. I phoned in 12/09/2020 and nothing was done. I called DIT and they told me that approval from Incredible is outstanding. DIT received approval on 15/09/2020 and said my laptop will be ready on the 28/09/2020. Pathetic service from Incredible Connection. You use this as means to finish my warranty.
