Refund of Illegally debited funds and Full Reactivation of My Sportybet Account - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Nigeria

I was debited of 33,000 naira in my account without making any deposits to my Sportybet account,which has been dormant for a while now. I contacted my bank,they told me payment was made through Paystack and so after contacting Paystack,i was informed that the debit was made from my Sportybet account which no one had access to. I called the Sportybet customer care, did a live chat and was assured of full reactivation with 24hours. After the first 24hours without any progress, I contacted their customer care line again,where I was asked to verify my Date of Birth,using my BVN which I did and informed them via the email that was sent to me. By this time, I had already reset my password and withdrawal pin and was asked to wait another 72hours. I have waited for 72hours and yesterday again,after contacting the Customer care line, I was asked to wait for another 24hours which I have done now,but I am yet to withdraw my funds or even place a bet. It's also showing me that I can't withdraw all the money on my account. This is the first betting site with so much problems. And I have told them I will take this issue to court if it's not done within today,on the instructions of my father. Thanks
